CHECKOUT, REGISTRATION AND SHIPPING
As a security measure, PRINTS AND SIGNS.COM require all purchasers to register before making any purchases in our site. Registration will help to ensure all orders to be properly recorded and processed. It also gives the purchaser the ability to check status of his/her order.
For security purpose, all new order will have a "pending" status until we make sure that we receive a valid order, payment and/or shipping information.
We currently only allow United Parcel Services (UPS) as the sole shipping method for all our online clients.
Please enter valid email address and shipping address to ensure the order can be confirmed, processed, and shipped to a correct address.
We require a valid email address to send an order confirmation and proof before we begin production. We also require a valid shipping address to ship the products. We will not be responsible for any delay or loss caused by wrong email address or shipping address.
Please contact us if no order confirmation is received after placing an order at our website.

PAYMENT
PRINTS AND SIGNS.COM currently only accept PayPal as a payment option for all new customers. PayPal allows user to use major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal account and/or bank account to pay for the purchase, securely and conveniently.
However, all Gold level customers will be given the ability to use Purchase Order as an alternative payment option.

OUR PROMISE AND LIMITATIONS
PRINTS AND SIGNS.COM strives to ensure that all image of products listed in our site to correctly represent the actual products, however we reserved the rights to substitute the products to a similar or better products when any specific product become unavailable. PRINTS AND SIGNS.COM also continues to make sure that the stock quantity in the website to accurately represent the actual stock availability, however some products which is made by a third party vendor and/or suppliers may be discontinued without any notice when the product is no longer available from the manufacturer. The same also applies to products utilizing natural resources, such as solid wood. Most solid wood products, such as redwood, cedar and other natural woods are usually available year round, but certain natural or man-made disasters may disrupt the availability of these natural resources. 

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:
Cancellation: NO Cancellation can be made for all orders for custom products.
Return: Due to the nature of customized products, no return can be made. All sales are final.

Online ordering is a binding contract! All completed/confirmed purchase in this website is a valid agreement between Purchaser and Prints and Signs online store, as the Seller. By ordering products online in our website, Purchaser confirms his/her intention to buy custom products chosen and therefore agrees to pay the amount as specified in the check-out page.
Please carefully review al product details (including but not limited to product information, image(s), size(s), color(s)/option(s), availability, production time, price and more) before making any decision to purchase.
Remember, due to the nature of custom products, all custom order is NON-CANCELABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE!

Although we strive to make sure that the price you see online is the price you pay, we reserve the rights to revise or adjust incorrect prices caused by typographical or technological errors (including but not limited to: errors and omissions, hacking and virus/worm attacks) for all orders made in our website.
